We are a private club. We don't advertise to the general public and neither can you.

Your crowd must come from friends and friends of friends

You need to draw a minimum of 60 people for the show to go ahead

Posters may be put up at the Eagles Club if you wish exposure to our members

We will also e-mail our members if you wish them to attend your show

Your show can run from 8pm to 1am. You can set up and sound check anytime during the day after 1pm provided the space is empty. (It usually is except for the odd time it is booked for a luncheon which would end by 3pm.

You can not let the general public come in off the street. Your door person who would collect at the door if you are charging would be responsible to only allow invited people.

If there are any problems in the event, like aggressive or violent behaviour, your event will end immediately and the premises must be vacated. (This is the main reason that friends bringing friends makes the best event as everyone knows each other).

Normal bar rules apply as to ages, I.D., Over intoxication etc.

Bands will be given a free membership so the crowd are in fact your guests.

You bring in all your own P/A and band gear. You may leave it overnight but must be cleared next day subject to room use next day. Usually it's out by Noon.

We want you to have a great event and your friends to have a great night out. We, and You ... I.m sure, don't want your event to be a one off. If all band members follow these rules you will have a successful event and your friends will look forward to it being repeated ... just as we will.
